Standard Consultation $143
During this 45-minute appointment, we will discuss your health history, including medical history, occupational roles, interests and hobbies. Together, we will identify your goals and any barriers or enablers to achieving them. This comprehensive discussion allows us to offer a holistic approach to your therapy approach. Additionally, we will conduct an initial assessment to guide future consultations or program allocations. This consultation is available in person or via telehealth.
Short Consultation $77
This 25-minute consultation involves discussing and reviewing your goals. It is an introduction to your group program or check-in to ensure your treatment plan aligns with your goals. This consultation is available in person or via telehealth.
Semi-Privates and Trios (2 to 3 participants) $90
This 45-minute session may be recommended to help you transition into the group program. It may also be suggested for economic purposes, to familiarise yourself with the space, reduce social anxiety, or increase social interaction compared to the one-on-one environment.
Falls Prevention Program (4 participants) $55
These 45-minute classes focus on achieving common goals in a supportive environment, encouraging social support and interaction.
Chronic Pain Management Program (6 participants ) $35
These 45-minute classes focus on achieving common goals in a supportive environment, encouraging social support and interaction.
Travel Time, Report Writing, and Miscellaneous $35.75
All travel time, report writing, emails, letters of advocacy, and other miscellaneous tasks will be billed in 15-minute increments at our standard rate of $143 per hour, equating to $35.75 for every 15 minutes. The time will be documented and reflected on your invoice.

Private Health Insurance
To claim Occupational Therapy from your Health Fund, please get in touch with your health fund to determine the amount you are entitled to claim. The relevant item numbers for occupational therapy are:
100 - Initial Appointment
200 - Subsequent Appointment
300 - Group Therapy
If you make an appointment at our clinic, we can process your private health claim through our booking provider on the day of service. Alternatively, you can pay in full and receive an invoice that can be submitted to a private health insurance company post-appointment. Please note that there will likely be a gap as Pace Therapy is a private practice.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Occupational Therapy services typically fall under ‘‘Core’ or ‘Capacity Building’.
Self-Managed: You will receive an invoice to be paid in full. You can then submit this invoice to your Myplace portal for reimbursement.
Plan-Managed: Pace Therapy will forward your invoices directly to your Plan Manager.
Out of Pocket
If you do not have or have used all of your occupational therapy funding services at Pace Therapy can be paid out of pocket.
